**Duties include**:

- Customer progress and final/holdback invoicing, mostly for construction projects
- Change order/purchase order follow up
- Customer collections follow up
- Statutory declarations, contract SOV preparation, completion documentation, insurance and bonding, builders lien procedures
- Project invoice/cost reconciliations
- Collections escalation including bonding claims, small court claims
- Deposits postings
- Month end support

**Skills and Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in a similar accounting role
- Experience with Sage 300 is an asset
- Maturity and professionalism to handle confidential employee and financial data
- High computer literacy and efficiency to handle a high volume of work, with a minimum typing speed of 40WPM
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven and continuous improvement team environment
- Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong team player
