Delta, Canada Ocean Trailer Full time

Ocean Trailer is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team on a full time basis. In this role you will be responsible for:

- Preparing bank deposits and recording payments received on a daily basis, including cheques, credit cards, EFT deposits and internal credits or adjustments.
- Filing of deposit records.
- Organizing the postdated cheques to facilitate timely deposits and posting to customer accounts using in house software program.
- Maintain customer relations to ensure timely collection of invoices.
- Follow up on collection calls to ensure compliance with commitments made by customers.
- Assist with customer queries and provide supporting documents when required.
- Produce accurate and timely monthly statement of accounts for those customers who either request them or appear best served by receiving them.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Other tasks/duties as assigned.

Schedule:
