**About Us**:
One Stop Car Care is a premium automotive detailing, PPF, and ceramic coating shop committed to providing exceptional vehicle protection and care. We’re expanding our digital presence and are looking for a creative, results-driven individual to lead our content creation and social media engagement.

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation**:

- Film high-quality videos and capture photos of detailing, PPF, and ceramic coating services in action.
- Edit content into short-form videos, reels, carousels, and long-form videos (YouTube).
- Develop unique and engaging content that highlights the services, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes operations.
- **Content Strategy**:

- Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting across platforms.
- Research and implement trending sounds, hashtags, and social media trends to maximize reach.
- Tailor content for each platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- **Social Media Management**:

- Post content regularly and monitor engagement metrics (likes, shares, views, comments).
- Respond to comments and messages to foster community engagement.
- Analyze post performance and adjust strategies to increase engagement and reach.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate on ideas for promotions, campaigns, and customer spotlights.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in filming, editing, and managing content for social media platforms.
- Portfolio or links showcasing previous work is required (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).
- Familiarity with tools for graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- **Creativity**:

- Ability to create unique, engaging, and on-brand content that stands out in the automotive niche.
- Good eye for storytelling, composition, and pacing of videos.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Ability to take initiative, be resourceful, and think outside the box.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- **Bonus** (Not Required):

- Experience working in the automotive industry or a passion for cars.
- Photography skills.
- Experience running paid ad campaigns on social media.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $17.50-$22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
