**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
- Conduct research to identify trends in social media and consumer behavior to inform content strategy.
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and engagement opportunities, responding promptly to inquiries.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing content using tools such as Adobe Illustrator and photoshop.
- Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies in digital marketing.
- Assist in the execution of advertising campaigns across various platforms to support e-commerce initiatives.
- Identify and reach out to celebrities and influencers for collaborations and brand promotions.
- Plan and execute photoshoots, including concept development and mood board creation. Arrange models, photographers, makeup artists, and stylists for campaigns.
- Assist in managing online store, ensuring smooth website functionality. Upload and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing. Work with developers to improve website UI/UX and resolve technical issues.

**Skills**
- Proficient in digital marketing techniques including SEO and advertising strategies.
- Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in graphic design with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Adobe Illustrator and photoshop).
- Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail in written content.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their integration with social media strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on engaging storytelling.
- Ability to collaborate with influencers, celebrities and stylists.
- Ability to plan and execute fashion shoots and create different moods in accordance with on going trends.
- Driving License Required*

Pay: $17.40-$23.00 per hour
