Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and schedule social media posts across various platforms
- Monitor social media analytics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive digital marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing
- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
- Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.
- Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
- Attend events and produce live social media content.
- Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels.
- Collaborate with marketing team to create a social media calendar.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and advertising platforms
- Experience with Hootsuite or similar social media management tools
- Strong research skills to identify trends and audience preferences
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms for social media integration
- Basic graphic design skills for creating visual content
- Understanding of digital marketing principles
- Strong copywriting and copy editing skills
- Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills
- Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools
- Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML
