**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a **social media strategy** across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Create and schedule **engaging content**, including graphics, reels, videos, and promotional materials.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments, messages, and reviews.
- Work closely with our team to **capture photos/videos** of activities and events.
- Track analytics to measure growth and effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Assist with all **in-person marketing initiatives** and event promotion.
- Design and create marketing materials for prints and other promotional materials.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **2-3 years of experience** in social media marketing and content creation.
- Proficiency in **Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or similar design tools**.
- Experience with **video editing tools** is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
- Ability to write **engaging captions** and create compelling visual content.
- Passion for working in a **child-friendly environment** and understanding family-focused marketing.
- Organized, creative, and self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
- Travelling to on-site is a MUST when covering events.
