**Position Overview**

You will perform the following duties:

- Help customers by phone.
- Ability to correspond proficiently in a formal and professional manner with customers.
- Care for our customers by delivering a high level of service.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Advanced computer skills

- Positive attitude
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is considered an asset
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communications skills
- Exceptional customer service
- Good reading and writing is a necessity.
- Must be able to follow detailed instructions and follow through independently.
- An overall positive and professional demeanor

**Position Details**
- This is a full
- time role. Work days include Monday-Saturday for a fulltime position.
- Lots of flexibility within this role
- This is an hourly position, wage will be discussed in the interview.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
