- We are looking for a Customer Service Representative. This person needs to be a highly motivated individual that has good people skills, is trained in communication and has a background in administration. This position would be reporting to the Managing Director. Because Forestdale is in a growth stage, this role would initially include some Office Managerial tasks, but these would be phased out in the future as other employees are added to the team._

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering the phone between the hours of 7 and 4:45 Mon - Thurs, and 7-12 on Friday
- Gathering information from clients and ensuring that you have all relevant details before handing the question on to other team members.
- Assisting administrative staff in tasks such as ordering consumables, routine bank runs, refilling coffee supplies, handling cleaning staff and other tasks associated with running an office.
- Attend all training that is assigned and other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma
- Previous Customer service experience is helpful, although a good personality and great people skills is all that is necessary.
- Basic computer skills, familiarity with Outlook, Excel, Word, Smartsheet, etc.
- A Disc test or personality profile will be required during the hiring process.
- Drivers license
- A good attitude and the ability to work with a team of people.

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week

Additional pay:
