**Job Overview**
Reporting to the Regional Vice-President, as the **Director, Corporate Purchasing** you oversee the strategy around the acquisition of materials, equipment, and services necessary to support Qualico’s diverse business operations. You establish and maintain strong vendor relationships, while leveraging expertise in strategic sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Leading the management of the overall Corporate Purchasing Program.
- Identifying, evaluating, and creating partnerships with reliable vendors, establishing strategies on pricing, rebates, marketing initiatives, and trade compliance.
- Maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure long-term collaboration and support of Qualico and internal supply chain companies.
- Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing, ensuring cost surety and quality standards.
- Liaising with Regional Vice-President, Senior Vice-Presidents and Vice-Presidents maximizing program compliance and optimizing corporate purchasing opportunities.
- Establishing supply chain management processes and reports, supporting homebuilders in obtaining positive returns.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies while mitigating risks related to supply chain disruptions, market volatility, and supplier performance.
- Providing regular reports to Senior Management on rebates earned, trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Implementing and managing a centralized system, providing easy and efficient information for business unit leaders.

**Essential Requirements**
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in a managerial position.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).

**Work Conditions**
Primarily works in an office setting during regular business hours. Travel to other Regional Offices is required. Overtime may occasionally be required.
