You will collaborate on short and long-term strategies, create engaging articles, headlines, ad copy, and contribute to diverse projects. Experience in B2B, SaaS, and a versatile writing portfolio required. Join us and bring your creativity to life **Role**: Reporting to our Director of Marketing, the Marketing Copywriter is responsible for creating written content and developing and executing marketing communications activities that support the strategic goals of Stormboard, including advertising/promotional, product-specific, and thought leadership-type content. **What you'll do**: - Develop and execute written marketing content for a B2B SaaS company. - Collaborate with the Marketing Director and content team to organize and implement short, medium, and long-term content strategies. - Edit and proofread both your own and colleague-generated copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. - Craft long and short form blog articles that are optimized for both people and search engines, including thought leadership, announcements, and product & industry insight articles. - Conducting occasional customer interviews to produce case studies and testimonials. **What you'll need**: - The rare ability to transform dry or boring topics into engaging & thought-provoking content. - Experience producing content in a B2B environment, bonus points for SaaS or technology experience. - Proven experience with diverse writing requirements, tones & styles, and firm deadlines - either through post-secondary programs or several years of professional experience. - Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies. - Masterful command of the English language, attention to detail, and proficiency in multiple writing styles & formats. - Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative content ideas. - A basic understanding of content management systems and/or web publishing. **Stormboard & Diversity** Stormboard is all about innovation and we believe that diversity leads to innovation.
