Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team, a leading naturopathic health clinic dedicated to holistic health and wellness. The Assistant Front Office Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring a seamless patient experience, and contributing to the administrative efficiency of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

- Patient Coordination: Assist in scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Administrative Support: Help in maintaining and updating patient files, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring compliance with health regulations and privacy laws.
- Front Desk Management: Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory for the front office, including supplies, forms, and promotional materials.
- Financial Operations: Assist in managing billing processes, handling payments, and ensuring accurate financial records.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between patients, staff, and healthcare providers, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Quality Control: Regularly review and improve front office procedures to enhance patient satisfaction and operational flow.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare administrative role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management capacity.

**Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of naturopathic principles is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Language: English, Mandarin(prefer)and Cantonese(prefer)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2024-09-30
