**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures, including managing reservations and room assignments.
- Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, addressing inquiries and providing information about services and amenities.
- Maintain accurate records by filing documents and managing guest information using QuickBooks or similar software.
- Provide customer support by resolving guest issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Proficient in administrative tasks including filing, proofreading, and managing documentation.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service at all times.
