We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our wholesale partnerships and grow our presence in the market.

Position Overview:
As a Business Development Manager at Knox Covers, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities with dealerships, marinas, and powersports retailers. This role requires an ambitious sales professional who can cold call, build relationships, and close deals, driving revenue growth and expanding our brand's reach. This position offers a competitive base salary with performance-based commissions, providing excellent earning potential and career advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Prospect & Cold Call**: Identify and reach out to dealerships, marinas, and powersports retailers to introduce and promote Knox Covers’ product line.
- **Build & Maintain Relationships**: Develop strong partnerships with key decision-makers to foster long-term business relationships and repeat sales.
- **Strategic Outreach**: Research and target high-potential clients with personalized sales strategies to maximize conversions.
- **Present & Close Deals**: Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate pricing and contracts, and close deals to exceed sales targets.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and maintain an organized sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine sales approaches and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B sales within the marine, RV, or powersports industries.
- **Skills**: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and close deals effectively.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Understanding of dealership and retail sales models, as well as familiarity with high-end storage products.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present and articulate product benefits clearly.
- **Motivation**: Self-driven and results-oriented, with a passion for expanding business and driving sales growth.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
