Reporting to the General Manager, the Deputy General Manager, Business Services, is a key contributor to the senior leadership team in managing innovation, modernization, growth and value of the organization and services delivered to internal and external stakeholders. The Deputy General Manager, Business Services, is responsible for identifying and developing business strategies for DRT and developing and monitoring DRT’s operating and capital budgets. By championing DRT’s program and strategy, the Deputy General Manager, Business Services will leverage funding programs, advance the fare payment system, and lead business management functions for the organization. A key part of this portfolio will be providing technology solutions for maintenance and operational effectiveness, managing the development and delivery of safety and training programs, and leading the advancement of the transit data analytics program.
