Customer Success Intern

barBurrito is a fast-growing Canadian franchise. As we continue to expand across the country, we are looking for a Customer Success Intern that will be based out of the Greater Toronto Area.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain inbound customer interactions across various platforms including Hubspot & Social Media
- Handle problem-solving situations on phone call interactions with consumers
- Acknowledge and resolve any customer complaints
- Triage matters to appropriate team members
- Address any urgent matters as they arrive and ensure they are completed in timely manner
- Maintain knowledge on current sales and promotions
- Become an expert on all product information including allergen information
- Recommend products and locations based on customer’s requests
- Keep record of customer interactions
- Maintain online location information including store addresses, phone numbers and hours of operations
- Report directly to the Communications Coordinator
- Administrative duties as required
**Requirements**:
- Completed or currently pursuing a post-secondary education in Hospitality, Business or Communications
- Experience working in a restaurant setting
- Excellent writing and verbal skills using the English language
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Passion for Burritos
**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week
**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
