**Job Description - Director of Customer Success**

**About Us**:

- Managing external Operations and offsite supervisors and employees who oversee our largest Customer - Amazon
- Schedule regular customer relationship check in visits
- Manage all escalations to completion. Customers for life mentality
- Handles technical service calls and follows up to ensure completion including preventative maintenance program
- Manages office coffee orders process and team
- Develops relationships with all key Customer Site Managers
- Scheduling, evaluating quality of work, shift rotations, training and incident support for all offsite staff
- Influences culture: As the primary customer interaction person, contribute to setting high benchmarks inside the organization
- Work with other departments: working closely with operations, retail and production teams
- Ensure safe food handling measures are followed at all times

**Skills/Experience**:

- Minimum 5-7 years of multi-site food service management experience.
- Proven leader able to handle various situations in all environments
- Ideally experience in vending, micro-markets or office coffee
- History achieving metrics in customer satisfaction and turn
- History achieving targets in revenue growth and ROI
- Deep understanding of food service environment
- Excellent at fast paced environment, multiple moving targets at the same time
