- **Human Resources Generalist**_
- Support various operation units in HR related matters including full recruitment cycle, training and development, employee record maintenance, payroll assistance and coordination and company event coordination
- Assist HR Manager in preparing HR KPIs and recommend strategies accordingly to ensure the effectiveness of HR policies and optimize employee performance
- As a business partner working with Team Leads in creating an inclusive workplace, managing staff disciplinary issues, and enhancing staff engagement
- Responsible for the whole recruitment cycle (including employment advertisement creation, posting, resume screening, phone interview, and reference check), while understanding the human resources needs of various operation units and exploring different talent sourcing channels and strategies
- Prepare and maintain records in the HRIS system as well as generate various monthly HR analysis reports
- Assist to organize and implement training programs, workforce planning projects and recruitment activities such as job fair and internship
- Perform Ad-hoc assignments as required
- Career advancement opportunities available in accordance with job performance

**Job Requirement**
- 2-3 years of Human Resources related working experience
- HR Certificate and/or HR experience in Retail Industry is an asset
- Experience in using HRIS systems
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills along with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (knowledge in VBA is a bonus)
- Keen attention to detail, strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask under pressure
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner
- Good command of English, an additional second language (e.g., Cantonese / Mandarin / Japanese etc.) is a plus
