**Job Summary**
Experienced lead hand with crew management skills seeking a new challenge? Join Clintar as a Landscape Foreman. Our ideal Landscape Foreman is a dependable leader, open to feedback, and committed to team growth and success.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and inspire landscaping crew
- Work alongside Crew leaders in training in the field for our maintenance crews
- Tasks such as operation of a Zero turn, Line trimmer and all other types of landscape tools
- Engage with customers to address landscaping issues
- Foster team spirit
- Ensure health & safety compliance
- Ensure quality work on time and within budget by delegating tasks effectively

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- College diploma in horticulture or equivalent is preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Landscape Maintenance
- Skilled in leadership, problem-solving, multitasking, independent decision-making, and reporting job site activities, including material, hours, and incidents
- Estimation, design skills, and health & safety experience are assets
- Able to lift or move over 25 pounds
- Passion for outdoor work is essential, including in adverse weather conditions
