Job Overview:
The landscape Foreman is responsible for installation and management of landscape and hardscape projects. The foreman is responsible for completing landscape and hardscape installations with great precision and business minded efficiency. Starting wage would be based on experience and qualifications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute landscaping projects.
- Lead and supervise a team of landscapers, providing guidance and support throughout project execution.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, budget constraints, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, supervisors, subcontractors from start to finish of each job.
- Maintain and monitor equipment and tools in good work and returned to shop daily.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise promptly.
- Train new team members on landscaping techniques and safety procedures and policies.
- Complete safety and all paperwork as required
- Track and record all job expenses, including but not exclusively materials and hours worked.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times.
- Ensures that all crew member is trained appropriatley for each designated job assignment.
- Participates in and conducts all job site safety briefings with crew memebers and ensures that all safety is being followed.
- Ensures that all installation work is performed in accordance with industry and company standards.
- Ensures that all equipment safety and maintenance procedures are followed.
- Performs administrative functions as required.
- Supervises all crew members during the performance of all assigned work.
- Leads by example.
- Reports for duty at the desinated location on time each day.
- Follows and executes directions from supervisor.
- Participates in all safety training sessions offered, asks questions, and improves job skills.
- Communicates well with all crew members, supervisors and clients.
- Strives to improve job skills and develop the potenetial for upward mobility.
- Snow clearing in the winter months.

**Experience**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
