**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Oversee daily operations of the landscaping team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to quality standards.
- Supervise and train staff in landscape maintenance techniques, including planting, pruning, and irrigation systems.
- Develop and implement landscape designs that meet client specifications while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality expectations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide expert recommendations.
- Manage inventory of materials and equipment necessary for landscape projects, ensuring proper usage and maintenance.
- Build relationships with vendors for sourcing plants, materials, and tools required for landscaping projects.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field, with a focus on supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, garden design principles, and plant care practices.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and vendors.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
- A valid driver's license is preferred for transportation between job sites.
