Job Summary Clintar is hiring Landscape and Snow Supervisors to oversee field operations, ensuring timely quality service. Responsibilities Supervise crew leaders and members, managing hiring, training, and daily operations Assign equipment, conduct training in horticulture, customer relations, and safety Maintain facility organization, set work procedures, and ensure efficient workflow Manage timesheets Plan and conduct ongoing crew training Prioritize customer satisfaction Promote teamwork and evaluate staff performance Occasionally contribute hands‑on during tight deadlines Coordinate with the Operations Manager Qualifications 3+ years in commercial landscape/snow (a benefit) Clean and valid driver’s license Expertise in heavy equipment operation (an asset) University/college degree preferred Horticulture, Landscape, CLT, CIT, CHT, or ASM/CSP certifications are assets Proficient in writing reports, proposals, and business correspondence Capable of solving customer service challenges, interpreting instructions, performing calculations related to areas, percentages, and volumes Good customer service skills essential to handle inquiries and requests professionally Strong communication and organizational skills Reliability and ability to respond to emergencies or work irregular hours, such as nights and weekends, may be required Benefits and Perks Company car Company parties Competitive salary Dental insurance Free uniforms Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Training & development Paid holiday time Paid annual vacation policy Life insurance AD&D, Long-term disability Dental and vision care Extended healthcare coverage Clintar is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and we are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, or Veteran status.
