We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the Traction Rec team.

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will work with a cross-functional team across sales, marketing, product development, customer support and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end. You will play a key role in shaping product messaging, feature prioritization, new market opportunity analysis and competitive differentiation. Here’s the best part. You’ll help take Traction Rec to the next level as we continue to develop an industry leading product for the Salesforce ecosystem.

**Skills**

Traction Rec employees come from a variety of backgrounds, and we are eager to find people that are from all walks of life. For this role, you might have:

- _Bachelor's degree (Business or Computer Science preferred)_
- _ 2+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem or equivalent industry experience_
- _ Passion for connecting with customers and translating product functionality to their language_
- _ An understanding of SAAS company growth_
- _ Strong ability to establish timelines and manage the contributions and expectations from other teams_
- _ Excellent oral and written communication that help communicate our vision and value proposition both internally and externally_
- _ Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills_
- _ Love to make connections with customers, both in person and over zoom_

**What You Will Be Doing**
Work with our Sales, Marketing and Product teams to meet our revenue and customer objectives
- _ Develop ABM and other Campaigns with our marketing team to communicate our product offerings and value to prospects and customers._
- _ Produce and manage website content for the Product and Customer Journey pages._
- _ Lead and generate persona-based marketing content to support videos and webinars._
- _ Build out key scripts and materials to enable the Sales team in critical stages of the deal cycle._
- _ Responsible for the development of marketing materials to be used for communicating new functionality and value resulting from product releases._

Generate user insights and utilize them to inform product roadmap and narrative development
- _ Contribute to strategic planning, quarterly objectives and key initiatives_
- _ Know our competition and create opportunities to differentiate our current product offering (and future offerings)_
- _ Host user group sessions to gain perspective from specific customer personas_
- _ Work with Product Management to ensure expectations are exceeded in terms of quality of product and the voice of the customer is at the forefront of all our decisions_
