We are a dynamic company in the food industry committed to quality, efficiency and innovation. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.
**Responsibilities**:
As our go-to administrative expert, you'll be responsible for:
- Purchase Order Management
Creating and tracking purchase orders
Coordinating with suppliers and internal departments
Filing, photocopying and document organization ( digital and physical)
scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
Assisting with HR paperwork and onboarding
Technology & Reporting
Proficient use of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
Experience with Sage as an accounting software
Producing internal communications and presentations
**Requirements**:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Fluent in English and French
Ability to work on site Terrebonne
Experience in the food industry is a strong asset
