The menu offers a wide selection of fresh house-made pastas and traditional comfort fare. The bar offers classic cocktails, craft beer and a well represented and non pretentious wine list.

Job Summary:

- Plan, organize, direct, daily restaurant business
- Train and develop staff to ensure consistent quality standards
- Direct hiring, training, and scheduling
- Manage service standards
- Build and maintain guest relationships
- Communicate our core values and help maintain a positive work environment

Qualifications:

- Possess a minimum of 5 - 7 years previous bar and restaurant experience, 3 years in a management role
- Good organizational skills for dealing with diverse duties and staff
- Genuine passion for People, Great Food and Service
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Considerable knowledge of hospitality systems and controls
- Ability to manage with a high level of attention to detail, hospitality and enthusiastic personality to train and lead
