**Overview**

Select Start is Winnipeg's premiere destination for a night out encompassing a full dining, beverage and high-end arcade experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and train bar staff to ensure high standards of service and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation practices.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining financial records.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or complaints promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area to provide a welcoming environment for patrons.

**Skills**
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising staff in a fast-paced environment with a minimum 2 years experience in management.
- Strong knowledge of food service operations, including food safety standards and handling practices.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Experience with cash handling procedures and proficiency in using POS systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- A background in bartending with a strong knowledge of cocktails and spirits is necessary.
