We are looking for a Manager, Revenue Operations, to join our team in Calgary. The Manager, Revenue Operations, will be a strategic and analytical leader responsible for optimizing the end-to-end revenue lifecycle across sales, marketing, and customer success. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and scalable growth for a B2B modular building solutions company operating in a complex, project-based sales environment.
The Manager, Revenue Operations will also be responsible to **Unify** revenue-generating functions under a single operational strategy. **Enable** scalable growth through data, process, and technology. Drive accountability and transparency across the revenue lifecycle. **Optimize** the customer journey from lead to renewal, ensuring a seamless experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Revenue Strategy & Planning
- Partner with operations, sales and marketing leadership to develop and execute revenue growth strategies aligned with business goals.
- Establish annual and quarterly revenue planning practice including forecasting and pipeline analysis.
- Identify and evaluate customer and market trends to unlock new revenue opportunities and revenue operations process improvements.
2. Sales & Marketing Operations
- Work with sales leadership to design and manage sales processes, territory planning, and quota setting.
- Oversee CRM (e.g., Salesforce) administration, ensuring data integrity and process compliance.
- Implement and optimize marketing automation tools and lead scoring models.
3. Performance Analytics & Reporting
- Build dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance across the revenue funnel.
- Deliver actionable insights to improve conversion rates, sales cycle efficiency, and customer acquisition cost.
- Conduct win/loss analysis and customer segmentation to inform go-to-market strategies.
4. Cross-Functional Enablement
- Align sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of revenue initiatives including monitoring and reporting.
- Support onboarding, training, and enablement programs for sales and customer-facing teams.
- Act as a change agent to drive adoption of tools, processes, and best practices.
5. Technology & Process Optimization
- Evaluate and implement tools to support revenue operations (e.g., CPQ, BI platforms).
- Streamline quote-to-cash processes and improve handoffs between departments.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, financial, and regulatory requirements.
**Qualifications**:
- 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations,
- Post-secondary degree in Business, Commerce, Technology or Operations Management
- B2B-specific and construction-related industry experience is a strong asset
- Ability to drive outcomes through indirect leadership and influence across leadership and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, and BI tools.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive process improvements.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in modular construction, manufacturing, or capital projects is a strong asset.
