**What you will be doing**:
- Lead, coach, and manage all aspects of the reservations department to ensure employee satisfaction and policy compliance
- Maximize room revenue through yield management and implementation of thoughtful and detailed revenue management strategies and practices, while monitoring market information to ensure capture and market share is achieved
- Responsible for revenue management meetings and manage hotel content on various websites
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts, as yearly budget and strategy, while assisting with marketing plan
- Develop strong relationships with Front Office, Sales, Marketing and - Catering teams to ensure proper support is provided and all pertinent information is relayed.

Your experience and skills include:
- Minimum two years' experience in hotel revenue management is required
- Diploma/degree in hospitality management or related field is an asset
- Proven leadership skills which support an environment of employee growth and development, teamwork and exceptional guest service
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office modules, particularly Excel, as well as previous experience with property management systems
