This is a permanent, full-time position responsible for Customer Service Coordination / inside sales and clerical duties in our Morinville manufacturing plant location.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Arranging logistics
- Coding payables
- Performing general office duties such as photocopying, electronic and paper filing

**Requirements/Qualifications**
- Accounts payable experience
- Superior interpersonal skills
- The ability to work & multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid understanding of Office 365 (Excel, Teams, Word)
- Experience using JD Edwards, inventory control & logistics are considered assets

Wage is negotiable based on education and work experience, plus benefits & RRSP.

Office hours are typically Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, with staff schedules arranged to cover hours from 7am to 5pm depending on the season.
