Job Overview:
The HR Administrator will support the Human Resources team in a variety of

administrative and HR functions, helping to ensure smooth operations and a positive

workplace experience.

**Duties**:

- Assist with organizing and maintaining employee records and HR files, ensuring

accuracy and confidentiality.

- Help update job descriptions and other internal HR documents as needed.
- Participate in staff engagement and recognition initiatives, contributing ideas and

helping to organize events.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and

preparing HR reports.
- Actively participate in the health and safety committee and social committee,

supporting related activities and initiatives.

- Respond to routine HR-related questions from staff and assist with onboarding

new hires.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, health, and safety regulations in all HR tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic HR software
- Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources

Eligibility Criteria:

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 10 weeks

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
