- Rapid City Transportation_ _o/b Autolux Ltd. _has been specializing in medical transportation logistics services for over 20 years, supporting all of Ontario offering door-to-door concierge style transportation for individuals requiring special care - before, during and after their transfers.

We are looking for an HR Assistant who is passionate about aligning great people with our positions and supporting an inclusive strong company culture. This role will report into the HR Manager and requires someone who is highly organized, accountable, professional, hardworking and eager to develop their Human Resources skills and experience.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Support with full cycle recruitment.
- Manage reports and inputting data into systems as required.
- Support HR Manager with human resources responsibilities as required.
- Support Fleet Department with administrative tasks as required.
- Other duties as requested Executive Management Team.

**Position Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with focus in Human Resources considered an asset.
- 1-3 years experience working within an office environment and preferably within the HR function.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, organized, friendly, and hard working.
- Must have strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task within a busy environment.
