Montréal, Canada Moment Factory Full time

**A WORD ABOUT US**

We come from many different places, but what unites us is our passion. At Moment Factory, each new project is a blank page awaiting the creativity and talent of our whole team, no matter the individual responsibilities, roles, or fields. Our desire to innovate, to take risks, and to learn from our mistakes and from each other is what allows us to create collective projects that go above and beyond. Today, thanks to a team of 450 creative minds, we have been able to create immersive multimedia environments for artists, museums, airports, brands, theme parks and events, as well as our signature shows. No matter the canvas - be it film, lighting, multimedia architecture, sound design, special effects, or interactive projects - the thirst for experimentation and innovation is at the core of our DNA.

**YOUR TEAM**
- As a Content Project Manager, you will begin your journey within the Centre of Expertise department, and more closely, within the Content Project Management team. You will be called upon to primarily work on projects for the business unit Sports & Events, and collaborate closely with this team.
- The Sports & Events unit brings stadiums, fan festivals, and high-profile special events to life. Blending storytelling, immersive tech, interactivity, and live performance, our team crafts one-of-a-kind experiences that captivate audiences around the globe. Driven by experiential marketing and bold creativity, we turn sporting stages and brand attractions into memorable events or permanent projects.

**YOUR MISSION**
- You are responsible for planning and executing visual content projects with a strategic, human-centered, and rigorous approach. As a content project manager, you oversee each phase—from conception to delivery—by coordinating creative, technical, and production teams.
- You select the appropriate methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid) based on the project's needs, and you ensure optimization of resources, processes, and production costs. You serve as the link between all stakeholders, both internal and external, maintaining smooth and structured communication.
- A natural motivator and solution-oriented, you know how to engage the right talent at the right time. With your artistic sensitivity, analytical mindset, and curiosity for new forms of visual content (traditional and real-time, etc.), you help move ambitious projects forward with both precision and creativity.

**FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Project Planning and Scoping**
- Participate in gathering requirements, defining objectives, and identifying deliverables in collaboration with the project team.
- Contribute to structuring production phases, building schedules, and selecting the appropriate project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid).
- Be responsible for tracking and updating the Statement of Work (SOW), including communicating any changes to budget, scope, or timeline.
- Validate the feasibility and profitability of content creation based on the expressed needs.
- Identify potential risks and propose appropriate solutions with the technical and creative teams.

**Talent and Casting Management**
- Support the assignment and optimization of internal talent in collaboration with the casting team.
- Research, recommend, and contract the best external talent for the project (freelancers, studios, subcontractors) with the procurement team. Efficiently manage tasks, hours, and workloads of both internal and external talent, ensuring alignment with budget and project scope.**Supervision of Visual Content Production (Traditional & Real-Time)**
- Oversee production teams (2D, 3D, post-production, real-time engines, etc.) in delivering the expected visual assets.
- Guide production coordinators to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Proactively track project progress with both internal and external stakeholders.

**Overall Project Tracking and Delivery (Content Production)**
- Safeguard the project management triangle (budget, timeline, scope) and support teams in making informed decisions.
- Plan and organize all activities required for successful project delivery, ensuring smooth coordination between departments. Actively contribute to solving technical, human, creative, or operational challenges.**Optimization, Strategy, and Continuous Improvement**
- Determine the most effective production approaches based on the project’s constraints and ambitions.
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations to improve processes, task distribution, and content creation methods.
- Help streamline internal workflows to maximize productivity. Participate in the continuous improvement of tracking and management tools.
**Communication, Collaboration, and Influence**
- Maintain clear communication with clients when the project requires it.
- Build and nurture a professional network within key visual content fields.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and team engag
