**JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are looking to amplify our impact and are currently looking for a **Content Production Manager** (Director of Operations) **.**

As the **Content Manager of Operations, **you** **will oversee the strategic and daily operations of the company, enable the success of the leadership team, and directly support all special projects and Operations units (Content, IT, Distribution, Finance, People & Culture) as necessary.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Manage internal communications and promote visibility and accessibility of information across the organization
- Serve as a strategic advisor and counsel to leadership team and employees alike
- Provide decision-making support through data gathering, information analyzing, and presenting considerations to relevant stakeholders
- Expand the team's bandwidth by enhancing team management, meeting preparation, following up and taking the strategic lead on high-profile projects
- Create and update dashboards for reviewing KPI's
- Lead annual strategic planning for the company as well as facilitate quarterly business reviews
- Review, design, and execute on improvements to org structure, find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them
- Lead board meeting preparation and creation of board meeting materials
- Research and define new ideas and business opportunities that are align with our business strategy

**What we're looking for**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Operational and project management excellence
- Experience building out new business units
- Natural leader with a desire to make an impact
- Hands-on approach, with a strong ability to drive change within the organization
- Basic understanding of corporate finance
- Proficient in the use of MS suite, Google Drive
- IT experience and knowledge

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Thrives with change
- Previous Startup and scaling experience is a plus
- Experience in funding and investment rounds is a plus
- Interest in media is a plus
