Content Stategist

Put your skills to work for a leading name in art supplies, hobbies and crafts in this permanent, full-time position at our Montreal head office.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, your role will be to define and develop the brand's multiplatform content strategies. You will also be responsible for planning the social media calendar and developing content specific to the various social platforms.

**As a Marketing Advisor, you will**:
Actively participate in the development of brand strategies in close collaboration with the Marketing, Communication and Promotion Consultant and the CRM Specialist;
Develop ideation, design and writing of content for newsletters, social media and editorial content;
Develop multiplatform content plans and schedules (calendar, budget, timeline, tools, etc.);
Managing brief assignments to graphic designers;
Targeting relevant content creators and influencers and maintaining the database;
Manage contracts and actions of brand ambassadors;
Conduct industry best practice analysis;
Identify relevant insights from data to build the strategy and creative brief;
Establish key performance indicators for each action;
Track, measure, analyze and optimize the performance of actions;
Develop performance reports and proactively recommend adjustments as needed.

**Requirements and skills for the position**:
Bachelor's degree in business or other related field or equivalent work experience will also be considered ;
Minimum
2 years of experience, in retail (an asset) ;
Excellent knowledge of marketing, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tiktok, YouTube) and newsletter
Creativity, autonomy, punctuality, rigor and management of several projects;
Strong oral and written communication skills (English and French).
