As our **Bilingual Agency Account Manager**, you’ll be instrumental in managing client relationships and coordinating the execution of recruitment advertising. This role focuses on supporting clients with informed media recommendations and ensuring their hiring efforts run smoothly from start to finish. It’s an ideal position to build your skills in recruitment marketing within a collaborative and supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Manage and support** client relationships, providing tailored recommendations for recruitment advertising and government notice placements.
- **Research and recommend** effective media solutions, including digital and traditional channels such as job boards, social media, print, radio, and out-of-home advertising.
- **Prepare media estimates** and proposals with clear details on costs, timelines, and specifications to ensure efficient campaign planning.
- **Stay informed on media trends** to support campaign delivery and make timely recommendations.
- **Collaborate** with internal teams and external partners, coordinating resources to ensure seamless campaign execution.

**What You Bring to the Table**
- **3+ years of experience** in advertising, communications, or recruitment in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with **digital and traditional media** channels relevant to recruitment.
- **Analytical abilities** to assess media data and provide insights.
- Proficiency in **English and French** (oral and written), with excellent communication skills.
- A **team-oriented approach** and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
