**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Project Planning: Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordination & Communication: Act as a liaison between sales, design, engineering, suppliers, and clients to ensure project alignment.
- Scheduling & Logistics: Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of lighting products.
- Budget Management: Monitor project expenses, track costs, and ensure financial goals are met.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project records, prepare progress reports, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Quality Control: Ensure products and installations meet company and client standards.
- Problem-Solving: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and contractual requirements.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Knowledge in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the lighting, electrical, or construction industry.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze project data and create reports.
- Familiarity with lighting industry products and standards is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel for site visits when required.
- Bilingual (French and English) is an asset.

**Responsabilités principales**:

- Planification du projet : Aider à définir la portée, les objectifs et les livrables du projet.
- Coordination et communication : Agir comme point de contact entre les ventes, la conception, l’ingénierie, les fournisseurs et les clients pour assurer l’alignement du projet.
- Organisation et logistique : Élaborer et gérer les échéanciers du projet, en veillant à l’approvisionnement et à la livraison des produits d’éclairage en temps opportun.
- Gestion du budget : Suivre les dépenses du projet, surveiller les coûts et s’assurer que les objectifs financiers sont atteints.
- Documentation et rapports : Maintenir à jour les dossiers du projet, préparer des rapports d’avancement et fournir des mises à jour aux parties prenantes.
- Contrôle de la qualité : Garantir que les produits et les installations respectent les normes de l’entreprise et du client.
- Résolution de problèmes : Identifier les risques du projet et développer des stratégies d’atténuation.
- Conformité et sécurité : Assurer le respect des réglementations de l’industrie, des normes de sécurité et des exigences contractuelles.

**Qualifications et compétences**:

- Formation en gestion de projets, ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe.
- 2 ans ou plus d’expérience en coordination ou gestion de projets, de préférence dans l’industrie de l’éclairage, de l’électricité ou de la construction.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, multitâches et en gestion du temps.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Maîtrise des logiciels de gestion de projets (ex. : MS Project) et de la suite Microsoft Office.
- Capacité à analyser les données du projet et à produire des rapports.
