**Position Overview**:
The Inside Sales & Client Support Specialist plays a key role in managing customer relationships, supporting sales activities, and ensuring a positive client experience from first contact to order completion. This role is ideal for a motivated, bilingual professional with strong communication skills and an interest in client service and administrative coordination.

Training and onboarding will be provided to ensure success in this position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and process client orders, quotes, and follow-ups to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
- Support the sales team with administrative and client service tasks.
- Maintain and update client information in the internal management system.
- Conduct outreach to existing and potential clients (no travel required).
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth project coordination.
- Provide post-sale support, resolve client issues, and ensure continued client satisfaction.
- Contribute to improving customer communication processes and overall sales efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual (English and French) - required.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support (preferably in a business-to-business environment).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Professional, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude.

**Aperçu du poste**:
Le spécialiste des ventes internes et du soutien à la clientèle joue un rôle clé dans la gestion des relations avec les clients, le soutien des activités de vente et la garantie d’une expérience client positive du premier contact à l’achèvement de la commande. Ce rôle est idéal pour un professionnel motivé et bilingue possédant de solides compétences en communication et un intérêt pour le service à la clientèle et la coordination administrative.

Une formation et une intégration seront fournies pour assurer le succès dans ce poste.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Gérer et traiter les commandes des clients, les soumissions et les suivis afin d’en assurer l’exactitude et la satisfaction.
- Soutenir l’équipe des ventes dans les tâches administratives et de service à la clientèle.
- Tenir à jour les renseignements sur les clients dans le système de gestion interne.
- Mener des activités de sensibilisation auprès des clients existants et potentiels (aucun déplacement requis).
