**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Ensure that clients' needs are met as the project evolves.
- Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
- Assist in the development and implementation of project policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to project team members as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- College education or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
- French and English Written and Spoken a must.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
