Our Mississauga office is looking for an organized and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join the team.

The Sales Coordinator is the liaison between the head office and customers, providing all marketing and order information. They will also support the sales team with preparing presentations as well as working with various internal departments to provide fast and efficient communication to our customers.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Work with sales team to help manage day-to-day requirements of all accounts
- Create ad-hoc reports out of our ERP.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external partners.
- Develop and maintain price lists, item specification information for all customers.
- Assist sales team with the development and consistency of customer sales quotations.
- Coordinate all aspects of customer sales meetings
- Manage vendors, product and inventory inquiries
- Complete all customer setup forms as needed.
- Coordinate samples and marketing materials for customers, sales reps.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing ongoing customer support.
- Contribute to the success of Curtis International by leading or assisting with other projects and duties as assigned.

**Essential qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent job experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills focused on meeting deadlines
- Must demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Aptitude for attention to detail to ensure a high degree of quality.
- Must be team oriented.
- The ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Must have initiative and be a self-starter.
- Experience working for a CPG in a similar role considered a plus.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to deal with a great diversity of people

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
