- Gross profit achievement
- Achievement of forecasted targets - sales volume, closing ratios etc
- Acceptable sales penetration levels
- Effective staff management
- Dependable customer retention statistics
- Consistently high Customer Service Index scores
- Appearance of lot and dealership

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma/University degree/College diploma
- 2-5 years automotive dealership experience
- 1-5 years automotive dealership management experience
- Competitive/commissioned sales experience
- Very strong understanding of the prospecting, sales and automotive service processes
- Solid understanding of automotive terminology
- Very strong communication and leadership skills
- Proven problem solving expertise
- Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities
- Good visual acuity and demonstrated observational skills
- Manual dexterity - typing
- Knowledge of various software - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, Dealer Management Systems (DMS) programs an asset
- Valid driver’s licence with a good driver’s abstract
- Insurable - currently insured
- Clean criminal record check
