The Catholic Independent Schools of the Vancouver Archdiocese (the CISVA) operates 46 schools - 40 elementary and 6 high schools. THE POSITION

This is a full-time staff position effective immediately. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for:
providing confidential administrative support to Human Resources Management Team related to core human resources functions

working closely with schools to maintain employment opportunities on Make a Future, and Indeed employment sites

providing direct assistance to the Associate Superintendent of Human Resources

Coordination of Teacher/Principal annual evaluation process

representing the CISVS at Educational Career Fairs

project design and management

THE APPLICANT

Preference will be given to applicants who possess the following:
post-secondary degree or certificate in Human Resource Management and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience

minimum of 3 years of recent and relevant experience

extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

proven knowledge and experience with Human Resource Information platforms

exceptional organizational, interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to build effective working relationships

ability to set priorities, adapt processes and procedures, manage multiple projects, analyze data and prepare reports

is a self-starter, works independently with limited supervision, including working as a member of a team
