**SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES**

Manages and supports all aspects related to Content Development ecosystem: authoring and component content management system & tools setup, maintenance, standards, localization, and publication/single-sourcing processes.

**DIMENSION & SCOPE**
- Responsible for planning, managing, and supporting Content Development ecosystem: authoring and component content management system & tools, processes, including training information developers in tools, standards, and publishing options.
- Research & test industry best in-class tools, and formulate strategies for implementation or migration yo existing content development ecosystem.
- Provides day-to-day tools support. Works independently under the direction of the Team Lead or Senior Manager.
- Collaborates with Team Lead and/or Senior Manager to define operational and strategic/tactical goals and objectives.
- Collaborates with Team Lead and/or Senior Manager to define content development offering, vision, and user experience for content on various output media
- Collaborate with third party vendors in the implementation and maintenance activities including testing beta version prior to deployment

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 10+ years of content information development experience including at least 2 years of template design experience.
- High-level thinker and strategic planner.
- Sound knowledge of end-to-end content information development methodologies.
- Proficient with template design in Adobe Technical Communication suite.
- Knowledge of XML, HTML and DITA standards.
- Knowledge of relevant tools (CCMS, XML editors, publishing options).
