_**We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team at Oak & Thorne Public House**_
- 1+ years' experience in hospitality management, including schedule writing, ordering and inventory
- Prior Serving and /or Bartending experience
- Open Availability
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Ability to build relationships with guests and staff
- Key responsibilities:_
- Providing leadership and development for the team
- Recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires
- Maintaining a positive working relationship with all JRG employees
- Promoting and upholding JRG culture and service standards
- Managing day to day operations of the restaurant and ensuring financial, payroll and other administrative duties are completed
- Controlling operational costs and identifying areas of improvement to improve profitability
