We are currently seeking a **Training Specialist** to join our growing organization. We offer comprehensive benefits, an inclusive working environment and the potential for hybrid work. Responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
**Responsibilities**
- Schedule and conduct training sessions for new customers of TransPlus Software
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the training process to ensure successful Go-Live
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to complete required tasks
- Assist with the development of new training materials as required
- Attend and participate in regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Accommodate occasional on-site training requests
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2-3 years of technical training experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of transportation industry preferred
- Fluent using technology and leveraging software to streamline daily workflows and communication
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage competing priorities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to troubleshoot and effectively problem-solve
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated ability to effectively interact with customer, team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
