**Insurance Account Representative - Desjardins Agent Team Member**

**Position Overview**:
Successful Desjardins Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Insurance Account Representative. We seek an energetic professional interested in joining our fabulous fun team, who is also passionate about helping people receive only the best service, and understand the complexities of the insurance world

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Review exisitng customer insurance polices to ensure no gaps in coverage
- Work with the agent to establish and meet only the highest customer service satisfaction
- Work with agent on marketing and administration in the office.
- Answer the phone and transfer to the appropriate person or team.
- Work with your fellow team members to help ensure all customers are receiving the best coverage and high rate of customer service satisfaction.
- Make calls to existing customers to review policy and ensure current coverages are serving their needs
- Make calls to new customers to welcome to the agency

**Requirements**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Dedicated to customer service
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work with a team and independently
- Property & Casualty license
