Account Manager – Insurance Sales (OTL Licensed) Peter Rainville Insurance and Financial Services Inc. If you’re motivated, professional, and eager to grow your career with a respected Desjardins Insurance Agent, we’d love to meet you 💼 What You’ll Do As an Account Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients and team by: Build strong relationships with new and existing clients Provide personalized Home, Auto, Commercial, and Life insurance advice Support clients through renewals, updates, and claims Develop new business through referrals, networking, and outreach Conduct value-based conversations to uncover client needs Achieve individual and team sales targets 🌱 What We’re Looking For OTL license (RIBO License can be converted to OTL) Minimum 2 years of insurance industry experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Sales experience with proven ability to generate leads Organized, proactive, and motivated to succeed LLQP considered an asset (Must be able to obtain) 🚀 Benefits to Joining Us?
