**Job Type**: Full-time / Part-time / Contract
**Workway Staffing** is currently hiring **experienced painters** for residential and commercial projects across the GTA. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in high-quality workmanship.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare surfaces (sanding, scraping, patching, priming)
- Paint walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces
- Use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment safely
- Follow safety guidelines and job site procedures
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
**Requirements**:
- Previous painting experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Knowledge of paints, coatings, and surface preparation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- CSA-approved safety boots required
- Reliable transportation is an asset
