**Job Description: Project Manager (Landscaping)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage landscaping projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Collaborate closely with clients, landscape architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate project requirements and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and procurement of materials.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement effective solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance with design specifications.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to clients and senior management, communicating project milestones, achievements, and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all project phases.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Construction Management, or related field. Relevant certifications or licenses preferred.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in landscaping or related field, with a strong understanding of landscape construction techniques and practices.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of plant materials, irrigation systems, and landscape installation techniques.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes related to landscaping projects.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certified Landscape Professional (CLP) or equivalent certification.
- Experience in managing residential and commercial landscaping projects.
- Strong financial management skills, including budget preparation and cost control.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience with Projects within 1-50 Mil

Pay: $85,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
