**Duties**
- As a Project Manage**r**, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of complex emergency mitigation and construction projects for residential, multi-family, and commercial properties.
- You will be instrumental in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Your expertise in monitoring job costs and driving profitability will directly contribute to our company's success and continued growth.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of five years of project management experience, with a strong preference for a background in insurance restoration.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale and complex projects, with at least two years dedicated to residential, multi-family, or commercial restoration.
- Demonstrated proficiency in estimating and a keen dedication to meticulous job cost monitoring to ensure profitability.
- A solid working knowledge of building envelope principles, building sciences, and advanced project management methodologies.
- Experience overseeing both emergency mitigation and construction projects.
- Exceptional computer literacy is essential for this position, as you will be utilizing our advanced job management software.
- Familiarity with Xactimate and an IICRC certification are highly valued assets

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
