**Position**: Medical Spa Receptionist

**Location**: Etobicoke, ON - Islington Village

**Shift**: Part time / Full Time, Evenings and Weekends is a must

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Welcome patients; verify patient demographics, book follow-ups, process payments.
- Manage social media for the clinic on a daily basis.
- Knowledge in medical aesthetics procedures and products.
- Maintain a neat and clean work environment.
- Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the dress code.
- Maintain a polite and professional manner in all the communications as well as keep a detailed record of all calls and messages that come into the clinic.
- Ensure that all appointments are confirmed in advance.
- Knowledge of current issues, trends and best practices in relation to the Massage Therapy and Skin Care industry.
- Update and promote the clinic’s services.
- Organizing client files, payment records, and treatment records.
- Provide consultations to new clients.
- Providing education to clients with regards to pre
- and post-procedure care.
- Consult with clients regarding their skin care concerns and recommend appropriate skin care regimen and products.
- Maintain complete and up-to-date electronic client records.
- Ensure that all equipment is cleaned and maintained at all times.
- Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
- Knowledge of spa products, medical aesthetic procedures and inventory management.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must have expertise in sales in skin products and treatments.
- Must be able to multitask easily without compromising performance or attitude.
- Excellent technical/computer skills.
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
- Be motivated, a positive attitude and be completely dependable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
