Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the spa
- Assist clients in booking appointments and provide information on spa services
- Handle cash transactions, including cashiering and cash handling
- Utilize POS systems to process payments accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Promote and sell spa products and services to clients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the spa reception area

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills to manage appointment bookings efficiently
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Experience in technical sales to promote spa products effectively
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for catering to diverse clientele
- Proficiency in cashiering and cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of POS systems for seamless payment processing
- Excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients over the phone
- Familiarity with technology sales to promote spa services effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 24 per week

**Benefits**:

- On-site parking

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
